Okay, so natapos na gid man ang American Idol Season 10, kag ang nag daog, si Scotty McCreery.  Wala ko na nasundan ang AI since every time I pick my bet, he or she gets eliminated. Wala ko man na kita ang performances sg duwa ka finalists tungod na lipatan ko. But kaina nag lantaw ako sg final episode, and boy, it was star-studded.

Sang umpisa sg season, excited pa ako tungod puro nami ang finalists, tapos may Pinay pa nakasulod. Pero sg nag'umpisa na ang elimination, tapos isa isa nga na eliminate ang supposed to be or predicted to be winners and my bets too, daw nag laylow na ako sa show.

The whole 13 finalist were so awesome that anyone could be the winner, its anybody's ballgame, but I did not expect that it will go down to two country singers. Either of the final two, I don't know how they will fare diri sa Pinas tungod daw indi gd man ya in ang country music sa mga Pinoy.

Scotty is now the 10th American Idol. I was wondering kung diin na ang iban nga nag dala'og? I know Kelly Clarkson, she was big then, she has had some hits, but now, she is just literally big. And there's Fantasia, last time I heard about her, she hooked up with some married guy. Daw wala man natabu sa career ni Taylor Hicks. Carrie Underwood nadumduman ko lang sya sg nag perform sya sg Finale. The later winners which I could still remember but I don't know if they really have success at all -- Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Kris Allen, and the past winner nga ari di sa Pinas sg nag ligad lang, Lee? Daw mayo pa gani ang indi winner, damo pa sila kanta sa charts i.e. Adam Lambert, David Archuleta, Daughtry..

But anyway, there you go, your new American Idol, Scotty McCreery!

By the way, is it just me but Scotty kinda looked like the guy from MAD magazine?

END OF THE WORLD: EPIC FAIL!

Bag'o lang ko bugtaw,  May 22, 2011 na. Abi ko magunaw na ang kalibutan kagapon? Teh di na? Abi ko wala ko wala ko lang na'batayagan tungod nakatulog ako, teh, gina hulat hulat ko pa tani. Daw New Year lang nga, anticipated mo tapos nakatulugan mo ang countdown. I survive the First of the End of World I guess. Ang sunod nga date, indi ko na gid pag palampason, promise, as in. Hambal gani ni Steven Tyler sa Armageddon, "and I don't wanna miss a thing!" Mayu lang wala ko ginbaton ang pustahanay namon sg migo ko bah. Hambal ya indi mag guba ang kalibutan sa May 21. Pero kung enkaso nag daog ko, indi ko man gale gyapon mapuslan ang daog ko. Toinks! Pero at least tani wala na ko mga utang, quits na tanan nga loans, di ko na kinanlan ibalik ang libro sa library nga overdue na. Indi na naton kinanlan pag debatehan ang dipuga nga RH bill nga ina tungod ubos tanan nga Pilipino, siguro pati ang Pilipinas ma dula sa mapa. Anyway, back to reality, it's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine. May isa ka tuig kag pito ka bulan pa ta na bilin antes ang sunod. In the mean time, party like its the end of the world.

Thoughts on a Dull and Disappointing Fight, Pacquiao vs Mosley

Manny Pacquiao dominated Sugar Shane Mosley earlier winning quite a dull 12-round unanimous decision. Mosley got knocked down hard in the third. There are moments in which Shane fought hard, but all night, he was struggling to find his rhythm and clearly showed his disadvantage in speed and power, appeared even out of gas until the end. There's this controversial knockdown call by referee Kenny Bayless on Pacquiao in the 10th round, but replays showed its an obvious push.

What I noticed about the fight though was the crowd. They really voiced out their disappointment of how the fight turned out. I never saw a Pacquiao fight booed; this was booed, really booed. And I think the fight deserved it. The two fighters chit-chatting and giving high fives all through as if I'm watching bromance kinda fight. Manny said his legs might have cramped up during the early stages, maybe third and fourth round and clearly was off the whole night but still dominated. After Mosley was put down in the third it was downhill for him.

Mosley is 39 years old and should be retiring. He has proven himself as an accomplished boxer, even a Hall of Fame career. He don't need a "I-can-still-fight-the-youngins" kinda fights. Stop denying himself. He obviously can't. After two loses from two of the best fighters, and a draw with Mora, he should hang his gloves.

Manny no longer need these fights. I know he wants to fight Mayweather, the people wants it, and anything short of that is unacceptable anymore.
