I was craving for this ever since Lewis (special mention, ftw!) mentioned the word. The last time I ate apan-apan was like years ago. I remember when I was a young kid, this is the only vegetable dish I would eat. I love it with more ginamos. Naga'aslum ang akon puwak every time gina isturyahan about sa apan-apan, and they kept on teasing me about it. So I made sure, na magluto apan-apan even though I never learned how to cook it, may recipe man eh, and I found out na hapos namn lang ah. I was thinking na laktan ko sg tambok ka baboy para may meat, then I found out about putting in tofu instead; not only its cheap, it healthier!
Well, the crave died down. So here the long overdue entry about it. Kinda short, it's rather quickly written.
