The holidays are over. The never ending food actually ended, and the past year...well... is over and so we start anew. 'Twas a year to be remembered...not! Actually, I really did not liked 2011. Nothing really significant happened. I dunno, maybe it was just me not doing anything to make things happen. I did have a lot of goals during that year, but they ended just wishes as nothing was accomplished.

And now I face 2012, another year, another beginning, oh and did I say another number just added to my age? Anyway, I won't expect much to this year, as the scum of the past year will still haunt me, and until I'm done with all that, then I can say that a new beginning will start. I won't make promises this 2012, but will try to make this year a lot better than 2011. That year really sucked for me. I dunno where I will start but hopefully Beth's coming home this February will shed some light. I am really looking forward to that day. Wow, it has really been a year, and it was fast. I could still remember the day we took her to the airport.

Okay, so I guess, I'll just have to clean out 2011's mess and move on, so help me God.

By the way, I do hope 2012 won't come up short and end at December 21. :)

I was craving for this ever since Lewis (special mention, ftw!) mentioned the word. The last time I ate apan-apan was like years ago. I remember when I was a young kid, this is the only vegetable dish I would eat. I love it with more ginamos. Naga'aslum ang akon puwak every time gina isturyahan about sa apan-apan, and they kept on teasing me about it. So I made sure, na magluto apan-apan even though I never learned how to cook it, may recipe man eh, and I found out na hapos namn lang ah. I was thinking na laktan ko sg tambok ka baboy para may meat, then I found out about putting in tofu instead; not only its cheap, it healthier!

Okay, so we have seen this video went viral. Mr. Christopher Lao had been the subject of mockery ever since then. But who's to blame, that's one dumb ass move he made. Although he has a point that he should have been informed, inform to him to never wear those kind of shirt, his nips are perky. Anyway, people found a name for "STUPID" in Mr. Lao, The U.P. College of Law student. Even Hitler is disgraced at him.

Pero, seriously, I think its high time that we stop this nonesense. He issued a statement already apologizing for his angas interview and how he succumb to humiliation. In fairness to him, he may just had a bad day during that time. We all owe to him at least may pinagtawanan tayo. UP has nothing to do with this also.

PALAGPATISM: Adobong Hotdog

So here I am living by my lonesome in my place, with a rather redundant routine of work-home-work-home, I don't even have the time to eat real food. My body is so full of canned food and preserved stuff. Practically, I'm living on ready-to-stuff because I can't find the time to actually slug it out in the kitchen.

But hey, when I do have time, I get this:

It's Adobong Hotdog. As I have said above, I lived in a canned and preserved world, so why not experiment on them to make something well... experimented food.

Its just simple, just slice a bunch of left over hotdogs and cooked it like the usual adobo with vinegar and soy sauce, bay leaves and peppercorns. I added some sliced potatoes too for some added color. Voila! You could also alternate it by adding some ketchup or chili sauce instead of the vinegar and toyo if you want something for pulutan.

A WALK HOME

More often than not, I would go crazy. Just out on a whim. Well, it happened again last weekend. I walked home. I literally walked home. From Ortigas to freaking Balintawak! I don't know what got into me, that I just started walking. I was out from the office around 3PM; it was not that humid, it was a bit cloudy even. It was not that I don't have pamasahe or anything, I just decided to walk.

After I got out from the office, I passed by Megamall, where I don't have anything to do there, and exited through the other side, in which it was the Ortigas MRT station. The loading bay for buses was right in front of Galeria, so I walked towards it, but I don't know what got into me that I went to see the EDSA Shrine. I never got a closer look of that lady ever since I got here. So there I was just staring at her. And she not a tad bit pretty, if I should say so. The other thing that caught my eye is that weird paper mache looking fish right in front of the bronze lady. I don't know what the heck MMDA think putting those fishes in the middle of the high way.

After that, that is when I really decided that I would walk, I dunno if I can but what the heck, I'll ride a bus if I couldn't lift my leg anymore. It's kinda awkward though if you're the only one walking in the side streets of EDSA especially in the area of Corinthian and White Plains where no soul was walking except me. I got the feeling that the people riding the buses that passing right besides me are thinking what the hell is that bastard doing walking in EDSA. I just didn't mind it, as I walked faster so that I would reached Santolan area where there's more people along the sidewalk.

I was a little relieved by the time and not so embarrassed when I'm nearing Cubao. Everybody is walking in Cubao! I dropped by Farmers, to grab a drink, and to rest for a while. I got in Cubao at around 5:30. While on the way, I saw these bootleg watches sold in the bangketa. I bought one of the finer looking, not too obvious fake, watches for 80 pesos.

I reached the Kamuning area and saw this billboard of Ed Westwick. I not a fan of his though I watched some glimpses of Gossip Girl mainly because of Leighton Meester. How much did Penshoppe paid for him? Maybe Penshoppe needed him to outdo Bench's scrotum-peddling ads. It was the same time I felt the army in my stomach are rioting. I went and grab kwek-kwek, near the DPWH office. I never really liked eating those stuff because I think eggs should not be colored orange, but I was so hungry and tired then that I could eat anything even balut! (well not really). I felt my calf muscles tighten by that time. I thought of stopped this craziness and just go home now. But the idiot of me prevailed. I walked on.

There's this awkward feeling again when I was along NIA going to ETON Centris area as that side walk was deserted! I haven't been in that area, Centris. I thought of going in but I looked like crap and that area was supposed to be sosyal and all. I think its good to go there at night with all those weird looking towers glowing. I did go in though sa Centris Station. I never been there ever since it opened some time ago. I thought its sosyal mall or like that but when I went inside, it like a new Starmall. I went in there just to take a piss though.

I remember my adventure back then when Ondoy struck. I also did some walking though not as far as this one. Wanna look back at it? Anyway, I said to myself I did this before, I could do it again. Only that, I was tired already. It was getting dark now, I got SM North around 7. I took a stopover again and grab something to eat. I was hastening already when I reached Munoz. My legs are numb. Only adrenaline that's pushing me to go on.

Anyway, I'll cut my story short here. I arrived home at around 8:45PM. Not bad though. 5-hour walk. 20 plus kilometers. 5 overpass. Smog and dust all over. I don't know what I got from this. I do not know if I accomplished something or proven anything. I regretted it bigtime. My ankle is still sore until now. The watch that I bought is jammed after 2 days.

MY THOUGHTS ON RIZAL@150 THING

The country marks the 150th Birth Anniversay of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, on June 19, 2011.

At first, there were debates as to whether the government should move Rizal Day from December 30th, his death, to June 19th, his birth. Eventually, President Aquino made a compromise and declared June 20th a special non-working holiday, since the 19th fell on a Sunday, in order to commemorate this special event.

President Aquino spearheaded the festivities with a laying of wreath at Rizal Shrine in the hero's hometown of Calamba, Laguna. At the same, time, he took lead in unveiling the tallest monument of the patriot in front of Calamba Capitol, which stands 22 feet. I think it is fitting that his hometown deserve a monument as even outside of the Philippines stands some. There's one in Madrid, in China, and in Germany where he studied optometry.

At his speech, the president said that, "even with the crossroads that he faced, Rizal never strayed from the straight path." Straight Path of course is his famous slogan during the election campaign and that reverberated in his keynote speech.

Back in Manila, the celebration is a whole day festive event with free activities for the people. Luneta was practically covered with red, white, and pink flowers. A fun run participated by schoolchildren and teachers, Takbo in Pepe, despite the rain did not dampen their spirits. Two giant cakes were also made as a tribute to Rizal. The rain was pouring all day, but it did not stop some 200,000 people to flock around Luneta to pay tribute though some are just there but did not know why. For the first time, the restricted area was opened for public viewing.

But what do this really tell us? Jose Rizal is our pride, national hero. His idealism should be embodied by every Filipino, and we should commemorate his natal day always to remind of of his heroism be be an inspiration forever. But sad to say, it took us 150 years to really and formally celebrate the man's birthday, instead we are celebrating his death. Tributes are good, but if he were alive today, he would have been disgusted at how we are right now, how we run the state.

Yes Dr. Jose Rizal was truly an inspiration, his legacy and his works. But do people now really care about him? He once said the the "youth is the hope of our fatherland," but if we look closely today we have woefully molded the youth in our corrupt political fray. I could imagine him so frustrated with our politicians. His visions to make this country free and progressive is now a country tattered in poverty and dishonor.

Yes all these grandiose tributes, extravagant celebrations means nothing if after all these raucous end, Rizal will just again be there standing in Luneta, guarded by stiff guards, that people will not notice; students study his works and leave everything inside the classroom, and all this will just be an afterthought.

(This is actually a reaction paper project I wrote for somebody. I haven't really followed the event. I'm not a fan of Rizal FYI.)

Abre klase na naman, wala ko kabalo kung excited na ang mga estudyante mag balik sa skwelahan ah. Its either bitin pa ang ila bakasyon or natak'an na sila mag tinir sa ila balay kag mag utas sa ginikanan nila nga sila nalang permi nakita nila nga sugo'on.

Ako siguro na belong sa latter. Pero most of the kids now are excited to go to school, syempe bag'o na, ma'shopping anay sila sg mga school supplies. Well tungod ako subang, syempe ang akon sadto ya permi lang bago halin sa mga notebooks, sa bag, uniform, sapatos although sg elementary ko wala ko ga sapatos kag ga uniform tungod daw wala man kami ya gina saway. Subong man lang na ya nga strikto na sila about that. Amu ni siguro ang rason nga ang manghod ko init ulo permi sa akon tungod nahisa kay bag'o akon gamit, tapos sa iya second hand lang.

Lipay na ko na ya mabaklan notebook nga artista ang cover, amu na ya ang uso mo. Pero indi ko ya sg kay Romnick, gusto ko kanday Jennifer Mendoza, Donna Cruz, kag LIndsay Custodio; indi sa binabae ako ah but mas mayu gd man ya kung girl ang cover para may lululantawon ka eh. Pag'abot na namon sa balay, hala ga grinu'al lang na kay coveran na sg plastic ang mga libro kag notebook ni Nanay. Dumduman ko, naka tatlo na sya ka cover hambal nya sa akon ay, "Kadako na sa imo, ikaw na nalang ni cover sg nabilin. Nakapoy na ako." Ako man ya, sige lang cover maski wala namas'angan. Sang ginpakita ko sa iya ang inubrahan ko, hambal ba naman nya sa akon, "Ay halin da! Abi ako nalang, ako nalang..." Until now, indi man ko gyapon kabalo mag cover libro.

But one thing I hate about when school starts, dungan sa tig'ululan. Syempre pag umpisa klase isputing, pasundayag ang bag'o nga sapatos, bag, uniform... tapos gulpi lang nag ulan. Lipatan ni nanay mag bakal payong. Nonsense ang bag'o mo nga japorms, basa pa medyas mo. Ako, who thinks wearing raincoat, is uncool and magdala payong is sissy, sulay na lang sa ulan. Basa tanan nga unod sang bag mo, notebook mo nga bag'o, libro nga wala maprotectahan sg plastic cover, kag ang sharpener ko nga Superman natuktukan. Gina sumpa ta ka asta subong Bagyo Ruping!!

GO DIRECTLY TO BoRa Pix #2

Okay so tapos na ang summer, siguro halos tanan naka'bakasyon na kung sa diin diin da, Boracay especially. Well, sa akon pag browse sa Facebook, na notice ko, actually amu man lang na akon gina bantayan, mag upload ang mga friends ko sg ila pictures during ila nga vacation sa beach. It's not because, I wanted to see how it went, but to see in the picture some scantily clad breed of Eve.

But this is what I noticed, and I tell you guys out there, nga deresto kamo sa album number 2. Of course, subong nga panahon nga halos tanan makastore hundreds of pictures sa memory card (gone are the days of 32-shot films), I think one album is not enough with these shutter-happy folks. Ngaa hambal ko derecho sa album number 2 or sometimes its titled Bora Pix2 or Bora Day 2, it because diri ang most of the great pictures. The album number 1 is all crap. Usually ang unod sini nga album are the pictures nga ara pa sila sa salakyan or sa eroplano during the long trip, or kung ara na sila usually diri na belong ang picture nga nagposing sila sa sign that says, "Welcome to Caticlan" or where ever they are going. Picturan na nila ang ila hotel room, tanan nga sulok, pati ang kama nga puno sh ila gamit. So basically, there's nothing worth seeing in this album, just a bunch of their vanity.

The the Album 2, usually is really where they start to go to the beach itself wearing there tinny-winy bikinis. There you'll find tanan nga posing imaginable; in the sand, in the water, sometimes may emo pic pa nga kuno abi wala gatulok sa camera. But, some people nga may taste sa pictures, diri mo makita mga landscape pictures like the sunset, the island during their tour around, even nice set of food they eat. Diri sa album ang pinaka damo mo makita nga naka swim suit. Tapos kung maka tsamba pa sila, makakuaha pa sila litrato with some artista hanging around.

Kung gina swerte ka pa gid, may Album #3 pa. This is where they take pictures leaving, usually souvenir pics, picturan ang ila ginpamakal nga pasalubong. Indi pa gd sila matak'an picture naman sila sa salakyan, and basically nothing much more, and this is much worse than the first album.

Anyway, I'm just bitter because I never gone to the beach, teh kundi sila nalang suyaan ko?

By the way, I hate them calling that island just BORA!

ARA! NBA FINALS NA!

So the NBA Finals is underway, sorry for a late preview, but I haven't had Internet connection for a time. Game 1, of course, is history as my Miami HEAT withstand the Mavs. But this is how I see the Finals with storyline everywhere with the 2006 Rematch is just a minor plot; Hall of Famers all over, mga veterano naga lagas sg ila una nga Championship rings; and streaks, Dallas' road wins, Miami's unbeaten at home; Dallas' regular season sweep since 2006, Miami's playoff wins against Dallas, basta ka damu lang.

Anyways, I'll break down the series and hopefully indi ako mangin bias. Sa backcourt, I think Dallas has a slight, yes slight, advantage with Kidd and Jason Terry. Indi na sya ang Jason Kidd of old. He may have lost a step but the court vision, the basketball smarts, and the defense is still there, kag isa pa, he is not Ason Kidd anymore because he already has a "J." Jason Terry on the other hand has been terrific, not only he has deadly three, but he can slash and make those extremely tough shots. Terry is the second leading scorer on that Dallas team. On the other side, unless you consider LeBron James as point guard, the HEAT only has Dwyane Wade that can really do damage there. Both Mike Bibby and Mario Chalmers are streaky shooters, especially Bibby who has not been hitting his shots all playoffs. Chalmers however is better defensively and can hit those open threes if he is feeling it (see Game 1). Dwyane Wade, though can dominate games, but recently been struggling with the question of an injured shoulder (which I notice he had been nursing in Game 1).

The front court of both teams is a mystery to me. You see LeBron and Dirk there, probably the two superstars in this series. Either the famous unstoppable one-legged fade away of Dirk or the overall all-around play of LeBron James, I think it's a toss up between them. Then we see Chris Bosh, the supposed odd-man-out in Miami, but Bosh has been a force through out the playoffs both in Boston and Chicago series. He has been the steadiest and I think him being aggressive could spell good things for the HEAT. With their so-called hole in the middle, the HEAT had been greatly helped with the return of Udonis Haslem. He has been the missing guy. His toughness and hustle is what was lacking the team all season, and he could have picked a better time to return. During the Bulls series, he has been closing out as their center. I see him guarding Nowitski and Bosh sliding to Chandler. Speaking of Chandler, he has been a welcome addition to the Mavs with his defense and athleticism. He could be the factor if he can take advantage of this strengths and expose Miami.

Dallas a deeper bench while Miami rely solely on their Big Three for offense and any contribution from her bench as a plus. Plus I give an advantage to coaching to Rick Carlisle simply because of his savviness and his experience with the Finals. This is not however to put down on our Fil-Am Coach Spo. He has been able to put together some line up here and there and he is a great defensive coach, but with three superstars that can handle themselves, what more can he do?

Okay, as much as I wanted to see Dirk, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry, Shawn Marion, and Peja win their rings, I think they will be disappointed once again by the very same team that denied them 5 years ago. The key I think is Miami's defense. They have three superstars who not only are tremendous offensive players but great defensively too (LeBron in 1st, Wade in 2nd Defensive Teams). Dirk may have his fair share on offense but he will have to work double time in defense which he hadn't done in his previous three series. If he is shut down, though I doubt, who will take the slack? Jason Terry, maybe; Marion, likely. The HEAT has three guys who can take over a game any time, you shut down James, Wade and Bosh is still there and they have proven that. Plus, remember when they cannot close out games? Well that's ancient history. At the end of the day, the HEAT has three stars, the Mavs has one. Defensively, Miami is one of the league's best in full throttle -- *cough Bulls cough Celtics.*

I pick Miami HEAT in 6 games, but indi ako makibot kung kaya nila matapos in 5. This is going to be an exciting series and I can see a parade in Biscayne Bay again.

Okay, so natapos na gid man ang American Idol Season 10, kag ang nag daog, si Scotty McCreery. Wala ko na nasundan ang AI since every time I pick my bet, he or she gets eliminated. Wala ko man na kita ang performances sg duwa ka finalists tungod na lipatan ko. But kaina nag lantaw ako sg final episode, and boy, it was star-studded.

Sang umpisa sg season, excited pa ako tungod puro nami ang finalists, tapos may Pinay pa nakasulod. Pero sg nag'umpisa na ang elimination, tapos isa isa nga na eliminate ang supposed to be or predicted to be winners and my bets too, daw nag laylow na ako sa show.

The whole 13 finalist were so awesome that anyone could be the winner, its anybody's ballgame, but I did not expect that it will go down to two country singers. Either of the final two, I don't know how they will fare diri sa Pinas tungod daw indi gd man ya in ang country music sa mga Pinoy.

Scotty is now the 10th American Idol. I was wondering kung diin na ang iban nga nag dala'og? I know Kelly Clarkson, she was big then, she has had some hits, but now, she is just literally big. And there's Fantasia, last time I heard about her, she hooked up with some married guy. Daw wala man natabu sa career ni Taylor Hicks. Thoughts on a Dull and Disappointing Fight, Pacquiao vs Mosley

Manny Pacquiao dominated Sugar Shane Mosley earlier winning quite a dull 12-round unanimous decision. Mosley got knocked down hard in the third. There are moments in which Shane fought hard, but all night, he was struggling to find his rhythm and clearly showed his disadvantage in speed and power, appeared even out of gas until the end. There's this controversial knockdown call by referee Kenny Bayless on Pacquiao in the 10th round, but replays showed its an obvious push.

What I noticed about the fight though was the crowd. They really voiced out their disappointment of how the fight turned out. I never saw a Pacquiao fight booed; this was booed, really booed. And I think the fight deserved it. The two fighters chit-chatting and giving high fives all through as if I'm watching bromance kinda fight. Manny said his legs might have cramped up during the early stages, maybe third and fourth round and clearly was off the whole night but still dominated. After Mosley was put down in the third it was downhill for him.

Mosley is 39 years old and should be retiring. He has proven himself as an accomplished boxer, even a Hall of Fame career. He don't need a "I-can-still-fight-the-youngins" kinda fights. Stop denying himself. He obviously can't. After two loses from two of the best fighters, and a draw with Mora, he should hang his gloves.

Manny no longer need these fights. I know he wants to fight Mayweather, the people wants it, and anything short of that is unacceptable anymore.

I was out early from work, by the time I arrived home, turned on the TV hoping to see what good to watch. For a few seconds, the totally forgot about the Royal Wedding, and God! They are all over the goddamn TV! Every channel I switched to, it's their faces I see. This is hopeless, might as well suck it in. (at least I'll have something to rant about, like now). I really did't paid much attention to the whole wedding, but what caught my attention it the parade of the most eccentric head dresses. HEAT VS CELTICS: RIVALRY BORN

It all boils down to this. The most anticipated match-up of the 2011 NBA season, even surpassing the Finals. It may have come too early, but we'll take it. And that not even adding the numerous subplots behind this series. Will LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have their revenge on the Celtics in the Playoffs? How about Shaq (if ever he can play) playoff return in Miami. I wouldn't even mention the Delonte West controversies. Ever since James and Bosh came down to South Beach, they know they have to go through Boston to achieve their "...not five, not six, not seven championships."

This semifinals series features more than half of the Eastern Conference All-Stars. I expect a Finals atmosphere with all the hate each team is getting (remember James' return to Cleveland). Both of these teams preaches defense, and rightfully so, that these two teams belong in the top five in defense in the league. Who has the better defense? The Celtics are still big even if they traded away Kendrick Perkins. Yet the Heat have a better defense in the perimeter with James and Wade.

The Celtics has an upperhand when it comes to experience (even championship experience) add to that the chemistry of their stars playing a lot more longer together. The key for Boston is the play of their point guard, Rajon Rondo, as he is the one steering this old legs. He had a great series against the Knicks, and where Rondo goes, the Celtics go. I expect one hell of a series; tough, physical, and close.

Will LeBron James gets his revenge on the Celtics in the Playoffs? This is his third series against Boston. How bout Dwyane Wade's team last season? Like Rondo, Chris Bosh has to step up in order to will this team to the promise land. At the start of the season, we all see Bosh the the whipping lad of the team, but as the season progress, Bosh has been the steady force down low for the Heat. He has to take advantage of the front court of the Celtics now that Perkins is in OKC and Shaq is still questionable. I think his match up against Garnett is the key.

Boston may have been old and tired, but last season showed that they are still deadly. Barely finishing the regular season healthy, they cruised through the Playoffs and went on to play the Finals, eventually losing in game 7.

This season, the Celtics won the series, 3-1, with the Celtics winning at an average of 5 points, while the Heat routed them in their last regular season game. But all of that is history. This is a whole new ballgame. This is the series that everyone is talking about. People are excited to see whose Big Three is better... Let's get it on!!

Ngaa kada paandar ko sg TV puro na lang kaso ni Willie ang sa balita. Wala ni ang mga tawo natak'an? For quite some time, I just don't want to say anything about this issue, but its getting sickening already by flooding the news with this shit.

Indi ko na pag isturyahan kung ano ang natabu sa episode sg Willing Willie sg March 12., kay bal'an ko tanan kamo bal`an na ini nga issue (for those who don't). Sa akon lang okay lang man pag tripan ang bata for comedy's sake, it's all in a clean fun, and viewer-friendly.

I watched the video and I don't think the child is exploited or something. What I see it is that some people are over reacting with the issue and ignorant people jumped right into the bandwagon. Okay, ang gin'ubra ni Willie is just plain wrong, But I dont' put the blame solely on the guy. Bal'an ta na tana kung anu ugali ni Willie. He just blurted out things or doing such acts without even thinking. I think that's how he is. I think people already knew that. For the longest time, wala ko na gina sapak ang ini nga blog. Daw na dulaan na abi ako gana. Indi ko sigurado kung nadulaan gid man ko gana or wala lang gid ako sg tyempo para mag sulat or siguro wala lang gid ako sg may maisulat. (dugang mo pa nga wala ako computer of my own)

I'm struggling whether islan ko ang akon media from Ilonggo to either Tagalog or English. If I wanted a wide range of audience, either I'll go with Tagalog and/or English. But you know what, screw it, what the heck, why not do all three. I don't want a larger audience anyway. I'm not here to be popular or make money. I just want to have something to vent my shit out.

Recently, I put up a sports blog. I'm such a sports guy that I want to do a separate blog for it. Tani lang indi mag pareho diri nga kung san'o ko lang ma dumduman mag update. Well, at least sa sports, there's always happening compared sa miserable life ko.

"Hello Everbody,

We started the band 2002-2003, playing for small venues or to whoever just wanted to sit down and listen to 4 old dogs that refused to grow up and continued to do what we know we were born to do (it took me awhile. I confess.)

No one believed in us at the start. Always with a chip on our shoulder we were able and willingly ready to prove doubters wrong. Here we are 7 or 8 (tn the few) years later. (A lifetime in the business.)

Things change. As a group we've come to a point where you have trust your gut, your heart and your head and accept that all things change.

The hardest part as always is to know when to pack it up and part ways. We've learned that this journey is not only about us but includes all who came along for the trip. Family, friends and of course our front row believers who were there for the best reason of all. To simply listen. So it didn't come easy winding down to this decision.

So here we go - IT'S OFFICIAL - THE BAND - IT'S OVER.

A chapter closes and a new one begins. So what happens next? I don't know. 2011 and I readily look forward to tomorrow's "I don't knows" and hiccups. So "here we go" and a new page. This is not the end. We move forward for all the right reasons. This is Not a sad day. Music will forever be a part of our lives and I couldn't imagine us just simply walking away. Not possible. All I see are possibilities.

LAUGH DENGUE AWAY

Take it from me, kung isa sa inyo pinalangga get afflicted with the deadly dengue, you better get yourselves a bunch of tawa-tawa.

Ang recent outbreak sg dengue kung sa diin halos 90,000 ang kaso nga reported plagued the whole country. Pero sg pati ang GF go gindalitan, I though it's time to try the effectiveness sg mga herbal stuff. Medically, rehydration is the only recommendation sg hospital. Pero gusto ko ma speed up and recovery so naginta ako sa internet sg the best remedy. It gave me two words, actually just one,gin doble lang (you know what I mean): TAWA-TAWA.


Tawa-Tawa (Euphorbia Hirta) or Asthma Weed

Gin feature pa ni gani sa news (24 Oras) stating it is the most effective way to rise up the platelet count which is the main indicator sg dengue. Pero symepre ang medical field advised against using it kag gina question nila ang effectiveness nga kung sabagay may ara scientific proof nga gapataas gid man sg tawa-tawa ang platelets.

The only logic I can think of kung ngaa ga'oppose sila sa pag usar sg mga herbal remedies is that ma'apektuhan ang kita sg mga pharmaceutical companies nga kung sa diin ang mga hospital gets their commissions by promoting their drugs.

Anyway, ang problema ko is that my GF won't take the tawa-tawa tea straight up because of the not so good taste, even I would agree; and it was recommended pa to take 3-4 ka baso sg tea kada adlaw (pukes). I wondered if they have it in tablet or capsule form. And voila! The old trusted Google popped up that some stalls in Tiendesitas actually sells tawa-tawa capsules. So I rush there and got my self a bottle (30 caps) for 200php.

After two days of 4-6 caps daily, her platelet rockets back to normal; from low 100s up to mid 200s.

So the next time dengue strikes back, better have those weeds ready..

Asta subong ga tingala gid ko everytime makakadto ako sa mall kag maka agi sa appliance store, may tumpok sg pila ka tawo nga naga tamud sa naka display nga TV through the glass wall.

Not just nga gina lantaw nila ang quality sg picture , but they are really watching kung anu ga gwa sa TV either its a movie, music video, or a sports game. I mean they are just standing there watching the whole length sg pelikula and that's without the effing sound. They are really watching the damn movie without an audio; the worst thing is that they actually looked as though they understood it. Wala ko kabalu if they know how to read lips or what (I doubt), but they sure is enjoying.

Dear Sir Gabby and Ma’am Charo,

I have labored over the past week on what to do in the face of another setback in my relations with the management of the network. ABS-CBN has been my home for the last five years and five months and it has given me the greatest gift – the opportunity to reach out to people who have so little in life.

In the process, I have come to realize that my gratitude to the network would be more meaningful if I considered the impact of my recent actions which has placed the station in a bad light. This is among the reasons, as I will explain in this letter, that I humbly request the management, to release me as a talent of the network. (Willie’s contract is good for one year and a half more. )

It is no secret that the program “Wowowee,” for almost five and a half years, has been the core of my existence. The program gives me a sense of purpose because I make people happy and I give them hope that, despite their difficulties, they can make things happen for themselves. Because of this, my world has revolved around the show. The desire to make it the best noontime show, has consumed my waking hours, as I conceptualize its format and contents from Monday to Saturday. Apart from this, I want the show to give the network excellent ratings to maintain its reputation as the leader in the broadcasting industry.

My devotion to the show is unparalleled that I have even been besieged by health problems due to the long hours I spend daily, thinking of how to bring “Wowowee” closer to the public. In fact, I have developed a heart blockage, which has already once posed a real threat to my life. I have sacrificed so much. Now, I have to accept the reality that I also have to take good care of my health.

Hence, it is very painful to hear every time my show is the target of unwanted and unnecessary tirades. I do not think that these people even have the slightest clue of what I go through to put together a show like “Wowowee”’. The show is not for me, but for those people who dream of a better life. Is it too much to ask that we be respected for what we do? Is it too much to ask that we be defended from such attacks?

My outburst last week during the live presentation of the show is nothing more than a reflection of my frustration over these things, and was not at all meant to disrespect the network and its management. I implore you to understand that several incidents, which were beyond my control which have marred the reputation of the show to some extent, have already taken their toll on me.

There was the “Wilyonaryo” incident wherein we were accused of deceiving contestants about their winnings; the Ultra stampede wherein I was blamed and severely criticized; the misunderstanding about my remarks when the coverage of the funeral of the late Pres. Corazon Aquino was unexpectedly shown in the giling-giling portion of “Wowowee”’s airing, for which I have apologized. In all these incidents, I took responsibility even if I was not at fault.

I do not want to cause any further embarrassment to the network. I know that all these have caused so much strain on our relations and I would like to save the situation by asking that I be released as a talent of the station. This way, I will have the much-needed space and time to contemplate on my direction in life and, at the same time, maintain the relationships I have built within the network, which are all worth preserving.

Before I end this letter, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the important people I have had the good fortune to work with during the years I have been with ABS-CBN. Ma’am Charo, maraming salamat sa lahat ng pagkakataon na naibigay ninyo sa akin. Kayo po ang tinuturing kong ina na patuloy akong tinatanggap at minamahal sa kabila ng lahat ng aking kahinaan. Hinding-hindi ko po kayo makakalimutan at lahat ng mga bagay na ginawa ninyo para sa akin.

Di ako fan of the TV show Glee though permi ko ni mabati'an adlaw adlaw overhearing girls recapping the episodes. Being a musical is a turn off, though that Rachel girl is hot. Pero may nakadakop sa attention ko sa isa ka episode nila kung diin nag flash dance sila sa mall. Samtang naga sa'ot sila, may nakita ako nga tanan nga Pinoy mapabugal (well sort of). No, wala Pinoy nga actor included sa show nila, pero isa ka Buyog, the iconic Bee of the Philippines.

Sang nagligad nga semana, nag usbong ang balita nga gin boo si Korina Sanchez sa concert sg Tears for Fears diri sa Manila. Ang rason, nag flash si Ms. Sanchez ng "L" sign sg nagtuon sa iya ang camera which feeds into the jumbo screen.

Just a few days ago, she held a presscon saying that, indi sya kuno aware nga nakatuon na sa iya ang camera they are just having fun with the concert and they didn't hear any booing.

Ari ang video, kamo mag husgar kung tu'od wala sya kabalu nga sya na ang nakaflash sa screen. Because from the look of it, she really is aware, she even glanced at the monitor before doing the Laban sign, and the booing is very much audible even from up there.

Just a few days to go before the historic, first-ever automated election of the country. People are excited, some apprehensive about the whole process. Some say it will be successful, some say it won't. Controversy seems to follow every move made by the Comelec.

We have seen pre-election surveys. But here is my list for five-ten-ten:

President: Richard Gordon (this loud-mouthed arrogant may be one of the better presidents the Philippines will never have next to Ninoy and Raul Roco)
Vice President: Mar Roxas (I'm a little discouraged by the PI word towards GMA, but Ilonggo blood runs. Korina though is a minus)

1. Miriam Defensor Santiago (no-brainer)
2. Adel Tamano (one of the better people the Senate should have, Pro-Muslin)
3. Pia Cayetano (liked her more than the other Cayetano, Women Rights Advocate)
4. Alex Lacson (new guy, new blood, new Senate)
5. Neric Acosta (education-first guy)
6. Raul Lambino (very good lawyer)
7. JV Bautista (ditto)
8. Toots Ople (migrant workers should vote for her, she's in the same line as her dad)

Every election time, indi gd ya madula sa scene si Mel Carreon sa Syudad sg Iloilo..

Kung isip isipon, daw artista na ini sya, tungod maski diin ka makadto nga lugar sa syudad, kilala gd ini sya. Perrenial candidate sa Iloilo. Madumduman ko bata palang ako, nagapadalagan na ini sya. Sg 1998 kag 2001, kontra kay Malabor sa pag ka Mayor; tapos sg 2004, konta naman kay Raul Jr. para Congressman.

Sul'ob ang colorful nya nga outfit, nagakampanya sya sakay sa iya mobile campaign HQ. Kung sya tulokon mo maham'ot ka gd sa get up nya, masal'an mo nga bu'ang (gid man?). An insurance agent by day, Carreon is often times, if not most of the time, became a laughingstock of the city. But I don't think that he's crazy enough to be ridiculed like this. Upon talking to him back then when he was campaigning sa Plaza Mandurriao, he actually gave appropriate answers.

Recently, I when the filing of COC opened in November last year, I saw on TV Mel Carreon the first one amongst who filed candidacy, not for Mayor or Congressman, but for PRESIDENT OF THIS EFFING COUNTRY! Now that's what I call guts! Unfortunately, he withdrew just weeks after saying that, "After listening to the advice of my colleagues, I realized I don't have the financial capacity and manpower to launch a nationwide presidential campaign thus I am withdrawing my candidacy for presidency.”

How inconvenient can a 24-hour convenience store
could be? I went in to one the other morning, very early in the morning. I went to buy something to munch on. When I went to the cashier to pay, I gave 500 bucks. I did not have change. The cashier asked me if I have smaller bills, I don't. Then she told me, that they don't have change for 500. I was having a not-so good day and this is getting me irate. How could an establishment don't have change, especially if they are a 24-hour store? I know I have to consider that maybe they just remit the last shift's cash, but for heavens sake, they could left some change in the cash register. They don't expect people to have smaller bills every time. What does she want me to do? Go out and find some change for my money and get back to them? She actually resorted to not selling the damn stuff just because she does not have change. How could they attract costumers that way? I think its not in the store's fault, its with the people getting used to being that way. Its just in convience stores, even in public transport, even in big sdepartment stores. Where can you get a candy for a change? God bless the Philippines.

Yes, cold ice cream stuffed inside sg pandesal. Anu na ayhan sabor nya man, daw di ko ma describe kung anu. Wala man ko abi nag dare bakal para matilawan. Pero mabakal sa mga bata. Kagab'i indi naman ako ka tulog. Ka restless sa akon. Hambal ko dapat may ubrahon ko para malingaw (or para ma bore). Gusto ko mag Internet pero nadumduman ko wala gali ako computer. Daw wala gid nami pag'tripan.

Then samtang gahigda kag gatamud sa kisame, ang mabatian ko lang ang gahod sg electric fan. Gin himutaran ko samtang ga tiyug ang blade. Ay ambot anu natabu sa akon nga daw na lingaw ako magtulok sa electric fan. Then out of nowhere nadumduman ko sadto sg bata ako gina ubra namon.

Indi man kami sang'una well off, so wala ako luxury to have toys nga damu. So in my own ingenious little mind, I started to play on whatever there is na pwede hampangan, and one of them was the electric fan.

Okay back to the present, so amu to, nagtubang ako sa electric fan and started saying/speaking as if I was making this robot sound. For the first time since those early days, nag enjoy ako. I was speaking nonsense, maski anu lang ah. Its the sound I was enjoying. Feeling Optimus Prime si Nonoy. Balik pagkabata.

Then after a few minutes, it came across my mind nga gina'away kami ni lola ko mag tubang kami sa electric fan. Kay kuno may sa demonyo ang electric fan. However today’s report shows there are gaps in prevention programmes that meet the needs of key groups, such as over 25s and gay men. Ngaa ang iban nga mga tawo just can't mind their own business?

Kahapon ara kami sg significant other ko sa mall. Hambal ko mapa-CR ako danay, so we went ( I mean ako lang gali ). Sang ara na ako sa tubang ka urinal, may ara isa ka lalaki sa tupad nga urinal nga wala patay tulok sa akon. Bal'an ko dayon nga agi, but wala gahalin ang mata nya sa akon. Indi ako makapangihi sg maayo tungod na'asiwa ako. I mean di man sya directly naga tulok down there (maybe pasimple), but he kept on staring. Maski nagtalikod na ako para lang ma iwas sa view nya ang akon. Pero sige man sya gyapon.

Nainit na ako. Gusto ko na tapuson palangihi'on ko para makagwa na sa CR, pero kung bitin man pangihi mo, masakit man sa pus'on (gid man?). Daw nami na gani hamakan ang bwisit nya, galing budlay na ah. Maski agi ni, mas dako pa lawas nya sa akon. Basi ako pa mabal-balan bala aw. Dali-dali ko na lang tapos kag ma gwa. wala bulubalikid.

I do not really hate gay people and definitely against discriminating them, but may ara gid ya iban nga kailinit. They always say that they deserve respect from the community, pero tani bala respeto man nila ang iban.

Oh well, third Halloween here in Manila and same ol’ routine…

Halloween eve. As much as I wanted to go out on a Saturday night, heck I was stuck back at work as if I wasn’t expecting this, worse I was until 5… Oh well, the upside is, I don't have to get out and spend money ‘coz I'm running a little low on dough… Good enough I was down snoring by the time a got home.

All saint’s day. What else to do on a Sunday? sleep all day. Yeah right! Wohoo!

Next day, all soul’s day. Uhmm ma’am Nats asked who would like to not work that day, since I dont have anyone to visit in the cementary here, I decided to work that day since it was a special holiday ( it’s supposed to be a regular holiday goddamit!). Well not much work during that day and it was sort of a breeze.. pa’easy easy lang. The downside is im bored.. and hungry ( I'm still broke, darn).

Nonetheless, still missed my ol’ man. I used to be the busiest one during these days back home, going to the cementery and all... and maybe next year, I’ll never be there again *sigh*

Everyone seems to be hooked. Halin sa status sharing asta sa ginakalingawan nga mga applications. Okay nga pamatay oras kung wala ka ubrahon, or mag konek ka sa mga friends mo by sharing stuffs.

Pero kada isa sa ka Facebook user maging aware about sa isa ka sakit nga na diskubreyah kag na involve ang pinalangga naton nga Facebook. Isa ka sahi sg psycho-physiological (daw dalum na aw, word palang madalman ka na) disorder nga ga involve sg tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, affective disturbance, kag interruption sg social relationship. Kamo nalng bahal mag intiende sg mga gin panmitlang ko, maski ako ga ligog ulo ko kung anu mga ini. Pero basta mnay psycho nga word amu na ina, lagtok ka na.

I’m asking your help to spread the word. Tulungan po ninyo akong ikalat ito. Beyond this, we should also demand action. I disabled a plugin so you can copy the photos of relief goods rotting in DSWD warehouses. You can link this post to your blogs, facebook, websites etc. You can also email the photos.

Philippine News (US based Philippine newspaper) will use this as its front page story this week. Every Filipino has the right to know where the tons of donations from the UN and other counties go. Kahit po nakakahiya sa mga nag-donate. Kung sa ganitong paraan, matutulungan natin ang mga nasalanta, then by all means, let’s do it.

For those who have the time, please try to volunteer sa DSWD warehouses. Getting in was not easy. A friend had to put in a word for us. Let’s see kung madali nang makapasok sa DSWD warehouse ang mga volunteers.

This short interview was done over the phone. Philippine News wanted to hear her side pero ayaw niyang makipag-usap sa press. After four tries, pinasabi na lang niya ang maikling sagot na ito sa secretary niya - “Walang volunteers”.

I don’t want to accuse her of corruption but at the very least she is showing signs of being totally incompetent. We are in a state of calamity where every second counts. May namamatay araw-araw dahil sa sakit.

In my opinion, these deaths could have been prevented if Secretary Cabral had tried a little harder to do her job.

GMA asked world for donations

Our government begged the world for more donations. Sumagot ang buong mundo sa ating panawagan. In less than three weeks, dumaong ang mga barko, ibinaba mula sa mga cargo planes, i-diniliver ng mga trak at container vans ang sandamakmak na relief goods. Cash donations were in the millions of dollars.

But these donations must be coursed through DSWD

Nagpalabas ng directive ang pangulo. Individuals, private companies and other nations were ENCOURAGED to send their donations to DSWD. I blogged about it here and the video of her announcement here.

This PGMA directive sounded suspicious to me then. Now I know why. Here’s the story.

A group of eight people, your ate Ella included, went to one of DSWD warehouses to help in repacking relief goods. We know they need volunteers pero hindi namin akalaing WALANG TAO TALAGA SA LOOB NG WAREHOUSE!

As in sa isang humongous warehouse (1000++ sq.m) NA PUNONG-PUNO NG RELIEF GOODS HANGGANG BUBONG, ISANG DSWD employee lang at ISANG SECURITY GUARD ang tao!!

I know somebody who wanted to volunteer many times. She was always bumped off, laging nirere-schedule kasi “there were too many volunteers” daw. At tuwing Sunday lang daw puwede. What the hell is going on here?

Mga banig na dapat ay nahihigaan ng mga nasalanta. Mga imported camp beds na hindi na yata masisilayan ng mga biktima. Mga kumot na hindi naman nakabalot sa katawan nila. At mga pagkaing hindi sumasayad sa sikmura nila.

We arrived at about 8 am and left by midafternoon and yes, you guessed it right. Kami pa rin ang tao bukod sa isang DSWD employee sa loob ng warehouse maghapon. Walang ibang dumating.

The relief goods are not moving. By the way things look, they are not going anywhere. Hindi maglalakad mag-isa ang mga donations na ito papunta sa mga evacuation centers.

Wow! May bagong shipment na naman! At the rate DSWD is moving, next year na madi-discover kung ano ang laman ng mga kahong ito.

Conclusion

Sa maghapon namin sa warehouse,nakagawa kami ng 150 sacks of relief goods. 150 bags of relief goods lang ang lumabas sa warehouse na ‘yon that day. At nandoon pa rin sa loob ang mga imported relief goods, safe, sound and packed as the day they arrived.

Nakisakay kami palabas sa isang DSWD delivery van. Gusto sana kaming ihatid ng driver hanggang Makati pero wala raw siyang sobrang gasolina. Ibinaba na lang niya kami sa gitna ng EDSA. Millions of dollars in donations, walang extrang pang-gasolina.

Susulpot din siguro ang laman ng mga mahiwagang kahon at mapapasakamay din ng mga tao…sa ARAW NG ELEKSYON. O mabibili na nila ang mga imported goods na ‘yon sa mga puwesto sa Quiapo at Divisoria.

Suggestions lang po sa DSWD:

Alam ‘nyo palang walang mag-volunteer sa inyo, bakit hindi kayo mag-hire ng mga tao? Bayaran ‘nyo ng arawan para mag-repack. Ang daming walang trabaho, makakatulong pa kayo. Hindi naman malaking kabawasan ‘yon sa bilyong pisong donasyon na natanggap ninyo.

Isa pa, gaano ba karami ang mga sundalo natin? Hindi ba puwedeng ipagawa sa kanila ‘yan? Baka isang araw lang, tapos na ang problema ‘nyo

Bakit hindi ‘nyo ibigay ang trabaho sa mga NGO, churches, private charities, TV stations? I’m sure they are more than willing to help. Time is of the essence. Huwag kayong suwapang. Obvious ba, hindi ‘nyo naman kaya.

Sa almost tatlo ko na di ka tuig diri sa Manila, subong ko palang na experience ang grabe nga traffic. Oo, gina hambal nila nga nag Metro Manila traffic is one of the worst sa kalibutan, apang kahapon ang pinaka malala (base sa akon).

Aga palang wala na untat ang ulan. As the day progressed, the rain gets worse. Dugangan pa sg hanging nga pwerte ka baskog, ang kilkig ko nga lawas pwede luparon. Pag out ko haling sa ubra, around 3 sg hapon, siguro mga tunga pa sa oras ang hulat ko para lang magtahaw ang ulan kay, may payong ka gid man, baliskad man japon sg hangin, so hulat ka na lang (huy'an ka na, basa ka pa). Sa Crossing [EDSA-Shaw], makita ko nga wala na naga hulag ang mga salakyan. Sa pinsar ko natural lang ini kay naga ulan.

Sang nakasakay na ako, mga tunga pa gid sa oras nga wala gahalin ang bus nga ginsakyan ko, wala pa kami katabok pakadto sa MegaMall. Whoa! As the cliche goes.. It's sweeter the second time around. For the past months (close to a year even), i have been battling with my mind whether or not i should start blogging again. I just lost it back then, the desire to write. I was a little uninspired due to some unfortunate time in my storied life (abaw ah, storied?). I don't know i just got tired of expressing my self to nothing.

But then, I came to my senses and concluded that what the heck, I want to write, I want to blab about all the crapiness of life (mine and yours). There's so much to talk about. So much happening that is meant writing about.

Well, if I want to start all over again, i have to start with how my blog looks.. maybe I just stick to the basic default template, as I'm such a cyberbobo when it comes to HTML crap.

Dapat sg nagligad pa ni na semana nga post but subong lang ako naka tiempo so, its better late than never as the cliche goes. Anyways last week nag lantaw ako sine, as usual ako lang isa. Ang ginlantaw ko ang bag'o nga Batman, ang Dark Knight. Sequel ini sg Batman Begins sadto kung sa diin ginpakita ang gin halinan ni Batman. So bali ang Dark Knight ang part 2? Pero sa madumduman ko pang anum na ini nga Batman movie halin pa sg 80s. Kanday Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, etc.

Sige lng ah, indi man gid obvious nga fan ako sg comic book based movies eh kag kapin pa wala pa mapagwa ang pelikula daw na puno na ini ka intriga tungod si Heath Ledger nga nag portray sg character nga Joker, napatay just days or weeks before the showing of the said movie because of drug overdose.

But to the fact nga kung panu nila na transform si Heath from heartthrob to this lunatic character was... well... awesome. And what so good about this was Heath took the role and it very well, as in nami gd ya. He redifined the Joker character. Thumbs up ako sa acting. Hambal gani sg mga tawo, he deserve a post mortem nod sa Oscars because of this and I agree too.

Kag subng na balita pa nga ang pelikula is breaking records sa sales and stuff beating Spiderman 3 as the highest earner of all time.. again, OF ALL TIME.

Okay, I have to make special mention to Christian Bale as the lead role, for an excellent job too on his second film as Bruce Wayne's alter ego.

Basta I recommend this movie maski di kamo into this kind of movies, just give it a try. Its not just all that bang-bang and crash-crash type, but take notice of the script, its witty as hell especially Joker's.

Yes, nag patakod na gd man ko antepara after how many years ko na nga reklamo about sa vision ko nga malabo. Amu na ni na ni guro epekto sg sobra ka tamod sa TV sg una kag subng sa computer, kag basa libro.

Baw dugay naman ko wala ka sulat di bah! Anhun ta na abi kay daw indi gd ta subng inspired mag sulat kay daw wala man mayu natabu sa mga nagligad nga inadlaw. Baw timing IronMan na ga gwa. Nag duwa duwa pa ko sa Ploning kay hambal nila nami galing syempre daw wala gd gana kay si Juday bi muh! teh kundi IronMan gd ang tupa.

Indi ko na pag detayle ang pelikula ah. Pero kung sa akon mayu xa overall, the usual comic book movie, and one thing is si robert downy is the perfect fit for the character. Im not a big fan of comic books pero i know a lot to relate to the geeky stuff. And the best part was after the credits kung din si Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) nag cameo inviting IronMan sa Avengers. Hmm.. Avenger??? Daw nami aw!? Si Cap America, Thor, Hulk, kag Iron Man? Bigtime! Subong palang excited na ako. Amu na cguro nga naka line up pa ang Thor Movie i think sa 2009 and Ant-man sa 2009 man or 2010, to prepare sa Avenger. Ang bag'o nga Hulk subng man nga tuig pagwaon. So laban laban gd may Avenger movie. Astig!

Baw dugay naman ko la maka sulat ba. Mga 1 man ka semana pahuway ko (kuno abi adlaw adlaw ko gasulat, kada semana gd man lng ko makabukad sa blog ko). Sg weekend nag bisita ako sa balay sg tita ko sa Makati (after 100 years) tungod as usual wala naman ko ubrahon sa balay. Nadumduman ko mag kadto sa ila. Well the usual stuff.. chit chat.. kamusta kamusta.. blah blah and all of that..

Anyways, may ginpakita si pakas sa nga video sa akon halin sa YouTube. Syemre kay pag abot ko sa ila wala man kami ubrahon kundi mag explore sa sa internet. naga pangita kami mga videos kag kung ano lang da papag lingawan ah.

I admit hinid gd ako ya fan sg American Idol nga show, pero once in a while maka relate man ako. Ang tupad ko daan sa opisina bukang-bibig lng ang nasambit nga show kag kung ano pa da nga mga reality shows. Okay, sempre, basta mga muna klase nga talent show, nami lantawon mga audition. Kay dito mo lng makita tanan tanan nga klase sg tawo nga ay abaw maski bal'an na man na nila nga wala man sila karapatan mag, at least, mag tubang man lng sa mga judge. Hayy, may ara gd ya tawo nga baw perti ka kapalmuks.

Kuno abi may ginasulat ako subong para kuno abi may bag'o ako ng entry sa blog ko pero sa tuod-tuod lang wala man.

I have the whole weekend by myself. Nax! Una pa lang nga linya Ingles na dayon ah! hehe.. kuno abi lng ah. Anyway, hambal ko gani liwat, bilog nga weekend ako libre. Sabado kag Domingo. Duwa ka'adlaw naman nga wala ubrahon kag mag paugat sa balay. Kill time and get killed by boredom.

Ina tungod nag bag'o ang scheduling namon sa opisina and ang dati nga 6-day-a-week nangin lima nalang. Di ko na pagsugid ngaa basta it has something to do sa ekonomiya kag dollar. Di na ko mag kadto sa details basta ah.

Anyways (liwat), indi man ako makahalin sa balay tungod wala pa sweldo and wala ako kwarta pang lagaw-lagaw. Mag lagaw-lagaw ko ya daan magasto kag amu man na ang rason ngaa di ko gusto mag gwa. Kung na'basa mo ang mga nagligad ko nga gin'post, may idea ka na siguro ngaa.

Okay, balik kita sa nanligad nga duwa siguro ka semana. Nag lantaw ako sg pelikula ni Will Smith nga bag'o ang I Am Legend. Actually, indi bilog nga movie ang nakita ako, ang last part lang. naki'lantaw lang ako sa piyak balay eh. So amu to, what catches my attention was the (Bob) Marley song sa closing credits. I kinda liked it.

I have to admit, I'm not really a fan of the guy and his music and all, but my girlfriend is. So pinamangkot ko sya kung ano ang title. Sunod nga adlaw, gin'download ko ang kanta kag ang iban pa gid nga popular nga kanta ni Bob Marley, just for the sake of it.

There's something about it nga daw kanami lng i dunno kung ang beat or ang the way sya mag kanta, the feeling nga daw tropical stuff basta.. (gulpi lang ko na hidlaw mag pabaybay). It gives you a certain high without the joint. I like it..

Basi matinglala kamo kung nga'a sg mga nanligad nga mga inadlaw kag mga semana wala ako sg may gin'post nga sinulatan ko. Ina tungod wala ako sg may madumduman nga isulat kag tungod wala man sg nagkalatabu sa nanligad nga mga inadlaw nga worth sharing.

Kung kis'a nakapanumdum man ako kung ngaa nag intra-intra man ako sa blog-blog nga ini. Indi man muna ka dalom ang akon nahibaluan parti sa computer labi na gd lang kung HTML ang pagahambalan. Naga lingin ang ulo ko mag tan'aw sg mga codes nga ina. Isa pa, indi man ako maayo mag sulat para ma'consider nga writer (although gusto ko mangin pero pinagka'it sa akon ang talento nga ina).
